Foot support is a key to comfort. As good as a shoe is it only provides support around the foot. Additional arch support is often necessary. Like eyeglasses, the frames are like shoes and arch supports lenses. Off the shelf arch supports may be all that is needed, but sometimes customized or even custom devices are essential.
